Mines and Geo sciences Bureau Region 6 (MGB-6) Regional Director Leo Van V. Juguan received his award as the Most Outstanding Performer for 2012 Annual Accomplishments of the Mines and Geosciences Bureau Regional Offices from MGB Acting Director Leo L. Jasareno during the MGB National Management Conference held at the Planta Hotel in Bacolod City on July 21-25, 2014.
The MGB Central Office annually evaluates the performance of MGB Regional Offices in their accomplishment of work targets and recognizes the most excellent performing Regional Office.
MGB Acting Director Leo L. Jasareno congratulated RD Juguan and the whole organization of the MGB Regional Office-6 for such exemplary performance. He likewise challenged all the MGB Regional Offices to surpass past work performance and accomplishments in 2014.
Juguan said that he is thankful for the award and recognizes the hard work of all the personnel of the MGB-6. He said that MGB-6 will continue to strive for excellence in delivering services to its stakeholders, particularly in geohazards assessment and mapping and towards a more responsible and sustainable minerals industry.
MGB-6 hosted the recent MGB National Management which was attended by 15 Regional Directors of the different MGB Regional Offices nationwide and Division Chiefs of the MGB Central Office. (MGB-6)
