A Letter of Certification from NQA Philippines, Inc., the ISO certifying office confirms that the “Mines and Geosciences Bureau Regional Office No. VI, 2nd Level, Queen City Garden Mall, J. de Leon Street, Iloilo City, 5000 Philippines has been audited for the scope: Provision of Mine Management Administration, Mine Safety, Environment and Social Development Services and Geosciences Services. The Certification Audit was completed last December 8, 2017 and proof has been furnished that the requirements are fulfilled according to BS EN ISO 9001 : 2015, BS EN ISO 14001 : 2015, and BS OHSAS 18001 : 2007.”
Further, the letter states that the MGB Regional Office No. VI was recommended for the issuance of certification by NQA Philippines, Inc., the certifying office. “A technical review of the audit report will be performed by the certification office and after a positive review, an official certificate will be issued,” according to NQA Philippines, Inc.” The letter was signed by Ranilo L.
